While employment beyond this date is contingent upon project needs and funding, there is a strong possibility this will transition to a regular position dependent on post go live project stabilization needs. - 2+ years of experience in project management, change management, or related roles supporting or leading ERP implementations or other large-scale system transformations
- Certification in project or change management
- 2+ years of experience working in higher education, public sector, or similarly complex organizational environments
- 2+ years of experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- 2+ years of experience coordinating cross-functional teams in fast-paced, evolving environments
- 2+ years of experience working with a Project Management System
- Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies
- Excellent facilitation skills along with written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing needs
- Strong ability to influence without direct authority and build relationships across various stakeholder groups
- Knowledge of Workday, Smartsheet, and/or PeopleSoft

- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and documentation, and tracking tools for projects
- Coordinate project activities across functional and technical teams to support timely completion of deliverables
- Monitor progress, risks, and issues; provide regular status updates, recommend solutions and escalate concerns as appropriate
- Facilitate meetings, document actions items, and ensure alignment with project goals and stakeholder expectations
- Prepare and deliver regular project status updates, reports, and communications to leadership and stakeholders

- Coordinate and deliver training sessions as needed
- Support end-user adoption, gather feedback for improvements, and recommend process and/or system enhancements
