Working in a largely virtual environment, the Executive Recruiter leverages sales methods such as calls, email, networking, client visits, and social media to prospect new business while identifying potential legal professionals. The role networks with prospects, customers, and candidates at local, regional, and national levels to successfully make direct hires and executive placements. Responsibilities Prospect new business using various channels (calls, email, networking, client visits, social media) in a largely virtual environment. Build relationships with prospects, customers, and candidates at local, regional, and national levels to achieve direct hire and executive placements. What Do We Look For? Individuals based in Ohio, Tennessee (Nashville), or Illinois (Chicago) area are highly preferred, but candidates in the Midwest are considered. Strong business acumen and customer service skills. Exceptional business development skills. Strong communicators with excellent problem-resolution abilities. 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably executive search within the legal industry. Previous sales experience is preferred. Enthusiastic about creating remarkable experiences with coworkers, clients, and ambassadors in line with our purpose, promise, and values.
