Adecco Creative and Marketing has partnered with a global food production conglomerate to hire an Associate Finance Analyst. Trade Finance Support Support Analyst Location: Solon, OH Schedule: Hybrid Pay Rate: $28–$34/hour Duration: Through 8/13/27 About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented Trade Finance Support Analyst to support sales and finance teams in managing trade promotions and financial operations. This role will be responsible for accurate data entry, financial transaction validation, forecasting support, reconciliation, reporting, and issue resolution. The Trade Finance Support Analyst will be assigned to specific Account Managers and customer accounts and will serve as a key point of contact for trade promotion-related activities. This is a highly collaborative role that partners with sales, finance, customer service, and business teams to ensure trade programs are executed accurately and financial information remains reliable. Key Responsibilities Data Management & Systems Enter and maintain accurate trade promotion updates and changes within XTEL. Validate and update assortment and distribution information. Partner with Customer Service to ensure customer profiles and account information are accurate and up to date. Maintain data integrity across multiple systems and reporting tools. Forecasting & Planning Prepare and distribute sales reports to Account Managers and sales leadership for review. Schedule and support forecast review meetings. Validate forecast numbers and ensure alignment with trade review reports. Support planning tools and weekly event-spend reporting. Review and revise forecasts prior to monthly lock dates. Identify and communicate gaps, trends, and variances based on prior-month and prior-year performance. Review and reconcile promotional events to ensure goals and financial reporting are aligned. Manage promotional data updates and verify accuracy across systems. Conduct daily sales bulletin reviews and follow up on required actions. Identify discrepancies and coordinate with appropriate stakeholders to resolve issues. Validate invoice documentation and process payments through XTEL. Match customer deductions to applicable promotions and investigate discrepancies. Manage weekly deduction reports and elevate unresolved issues. Assist with unapplied deductions and review reports to determine appropriate application of funds. Review aged deduction cases and assist with resolving items outstanding for more than 60 days. Cross-Functional Collaboration Participate in monthly Sales and Trade review meetings with Finance, Account Managers, and sales leadership. Partner with sales teams to provide updates, clarify information, and resolve trade-related issues. Communicate financial and operational findings clearly to internal stakeholders. Support monthly training sessions focused on process refreshers and best practices. Qualifications Bachelor's degree required, or equivalent professional experience. Professional experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Sales Support, Finance, or a related field. Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel; experience with pivot tables and VLOOKUP is preferred. Ability to learn and navigate new systems and technology quickly. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Comfortable working independently while maintaining accountability for results. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. Experience with trade promotion, sales finance, consumer products, or similar business processes is a plus.
