Position Details Role: Make Ready Technician Location: Greenville, SC 29611 Pay: $18/hr Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM Start Date: ASAP Opportunity Type: Contract or Contract‑to‑Hire Responsibilities Prepare and refresh apartment units for new residents Perform basic maintenance tasks, including: Painting and touch‑ups Minor plumbing repairs Light electrical work Appliance checks and minor fixes Clean and restore units after move‑outs Assist with general property upkeep and cleanliness Ensure all work meets community quality and safety standards Requirements Previous make‑ready or apartment maintenance experience preferred Ability to perform basic repairs and unit turns Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently Positive attitude and willingness to support the maintenance team BG Staffing is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
