  Description of the role:

  2Mazda is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Automotive Sales Associate to join our team at our new location in Loveland, Colorado. As an Automotive Sales Associate, you will be responsible for assisting customers in finding their dream car and guiding them through the sales process. Your excellent communication skills, product knowledge, and ability to deliver exceptional customer service will contribute to the success of our dealership.

  Responsibilities:

  
  
  • Establish and maintain a strong knowledge of our vehicle inventory
  
  
  • Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle based on their needs and preferences
  
  
  • Conduct test drives and provide detailed information on vehicle features
  
  
  • Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction
  
  
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly sales targets
  
  
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers through follow-up and after-sales support
  
  

  Requirements:

  
  
  • Prior experience in automotive sales or a related field is preferred
  
  
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  
  
  • Excellent customer service and negotiation skills
  
  
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  
  
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  
  
  • Valid driver's license
