Associate Attorney $95000 - $125000 per year | Fort Worth, TX | On-site | Permanent A bit about us: Our firm is seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented, and experienced Permanent Associate Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling DWI, DUI, Municipal Court cases, Citations, and Traffic offenses. You will be responsible for legal research, legal writing, and litigation, demonstrating a high level of expertise in these areas. Health Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401K Job Details Responsibilities: Conduct legal research and analysis on a wide variety of issues related to DWI, DUI, and traffic offenses. Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, agreements, and other legal correspondence. Represent clients in Municipal Court, managing all aspects of the case from inception to resolution. Handle citations and traffic offenses, ensuring the best possible outcome for clients. Develop and implement defense strategies, presenting cases in a clear and persuasive manner in court. Negotiate settlements, plea bargains, and other legal resolutions in the best interest of the client. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of laws, legal codes, court procedures, precedents, and government regulations. Provide legal advice to clients, explaining legal rights, potential outcomes, and other relevant issues. Qualifications: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Admission to the state bar. A minimum of 5 years of experience as an attorney, with a focus on DWI, DUI, Municipal Court cases, Citations, and Traffic offenses. Excellent legal research and writing skills, with a proven ability to draft clear, concise, and effective legal documents. Strong litigation skills, with experience representing clients in court and conducting trials. Knowledge of legal codes, court procedures, precedents, and government regulations related to DWI, DUI, and traffic offenses. Excellent negotiation skills, with the ability to secure favorable legal outcomes for clients. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, court personnel, and other legal professionals. High level of professionalism and ethical standards. Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously, working effectively under pressure to meet deadlines.
