Front Desk Representative
COVETUS
- Experience in an IT Services, IT Consulting, or Staffing company
- Hands-on experience in:
- Cold calling
- Cold emailing
- Lead generation
- Back-office operations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Familiarity with CRM tools, MS Office, and email platforms
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting US-based clients/customers
- Understanding of IT staffing processes and consulting services
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an onsite environment
