[AA-14973] Site Health and Safety Manager

A leading chemical and industrial manufacturing organization is looking to add a Site Health & Safety Leader to support a large, complex production facility near Sheboygan, WI. This role will be responsible for embedding safety into daily plant operations while elevating site-wide safety culture and risk management. This person will serve as a key member of the site leadership team, partnering closely with operations and engineering to drive sustainable, system-level improvements. It’s a strong opportunity for a hands-on safety leader who wants real influence and visibility in a high-impact manufacturing environment.

The Role:

• Lead and integrate health and safety programs directly into day-to-day plant operations through a strong field presence
• Drive proactive risk identification, behavior-based safety, and continuous improvement across process and personal safety
• Partner with operations, maintenance, and engineering to ensure safety is embedded in planning, execution, and decision-making
• Own site safety systems including permits, audits, investigations, contractor safety, and emergency preparedness
• Track and analyze safety metrics, lead the site safety committee, and ensure regulatory compliance and audit readiness

The Candidate:

• 5+ years of EHS experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or chemical plant environment
• Strong working knowledge of OSHA regulations, industrial safety practices, and PSM requirements
• Proven ability to lead investigations, influence without authority, and drive cross-functional safety initiatives
• Hands-on, plant-floor leadership style with a strong bias toward field engagement
• Effective communicator with a systems-thinking, data-driven approach to problem solving
