Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant – Outpatient Primary Care

Location: Metro Atlanta, GA Employment Type: Full-Time

• 2+ years of Family Practice experience
• 1+ years of experience in ANY of the following:
  • Primary Care
  • Outpatient Facility
• ANY of the following active licenses/certifications:
  • Nurse Practitioner (NP)
  • Physician Assistant-Certified (PA-C)
  • Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)

Our client is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join their outpatient primary care team in the Metro Atlanta area . This role offers strong physician support, clinical autonomy, and a predictable schedule. Providers will manage their own patient panels while working in a collaborative, well‑established practice environment.

• Manage and provide care for your own patient panel with physician oversight and support
• Deliver outpatient primary care services in a collaborative clinical setting
• Maintain clinical autonomy while practicing within an established care model
• Build strong patient relationships and support continuity of care

• 4‑ or 5‑day workweek
• Manageable patient volume: typically 15–18 patients per day
• Predictable schedule with strong team collaboration

Pay Transparency Compensation varies based on location, experience, and performance. Some sites require disclosure of pay and benefits. This role may also be eligible for bonuses or incentives depending on business needs.
