Housekeeper Room Care - Full Time - SpringHill Suites by Marriott Columbus Easton Area

We are hiring Room Attendants (Housekeepers)! As a Room Attendant, you are at the heart of the guest experience—delivering clean, comfortable spaces that make every stay feel welcoming. Responsibilities Clean and service assigned guest rooms to brand and productivity standards. Perform full cleaning (beds, bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, restocking amenities). Inspect rooms for quality and report maintenance issues promptly. Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked linen cart and workspace. Update room status and complete required reports. Follow key control, safety, and lost-and-found procedures. Respond to guest needs and support team operations as needed. Qualifications Prior housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred. Strong attention to detail and time management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and remain active throughout shift. Reliable, organized, and safety-focused. Basic communication and guest service skills. Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
