Straight Answers

What will I actually do?

You'll represent nonprofit partners at events and public locations throughout the Cleveland area. That means starting conversations, sharing campaign messages, answering questions, and signing up new donors and supporters.

You'll also work toward clear team goals and gain insight into how outreach campaigns operate and deliver results.

Do I need experience?

Not at all. We provide hands-on training, ongoing coaching, and mentorship to help you develop confidence in communication, brand representation, relationship-building, and campaign performance.

Experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, events, or marketing is welcome, but not required.

How do people move up?

Progression is based on performance, consistency, and the responsibility you're ready to take on.

As you develop, opportunities can open up in team leadership, coaching new team members, and campaign management. You'll learn from experienced leaders while building skills that can support your long-term career.

What's the team environment like?

Collaborative, energetic, and focused on helping each other improve.

You'll work alongside people who share ideas, offer practical feedback, and celebrate achievements together. We believe a supportive environment makes it easier to learn, take initiative, and perform at your best.
