Indigo Dental Staffing, a boutique Asheville-based agency, is hiring enthusiastic new grads for dental assistant and front office support roles with local dental practices. Earn $22+ per hour while gaining hands-on experience in patient care, chairside support, sterilization, and reception tasks. You’ll work temporary and temp-to-perm assignments, building your skills across different offices. Indigo provides personalized coaching, flexible scheduling, and ongoing opportunities to grow your dental career in a professional, relationship-driven environment focused on service, learning, and long-term success.
