What we expect from you…

• Lead/Assist amazing Birthday Parties and special events using our proven curriculum and teaching method (don’t worry, we’ll train you!)
• Find local family-friendly events, festivals, and outreach opportunities where we can connect with new families.
• Attend community events as a Little Gym ambassador- engaging families, generating leads, and creating excitement about The Little Gym.
• Provide an outstanding customer experience. We treat our customers like family!
• You must be over 18 for this role.

You’d fit in here if…

• You love kids, high 5’s, and having fun! A background in child development, physical education, gymnastics, or cheer is a plus.
• You’re outgoing and comfortable starting conversations with new people.
• You’re a self-starter who can seek out opportunities and get things done.
• Kids really like you, but their parents really like you too.
• You bring positive energy but know when it’s time to buckle down and work.
