HIRING IMMEDIATELY: CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE IN ITASCA, IL
Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Customer Service Representative to join our client in Itasca, IL. This individual will be responsible for process orders and support the team with accurate order entry. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to read inventory and check stock reports to answer multiple emails in a timely manner. Apply online and kick-start your career today!
Pay, Schedule, and Location
- Starting at $20/hour, paid weekly
- Excellent benefits package: Medical, Dental, and Vision
- Monday through Friday, 8 am to 4:30 pm
- Located in Itasca, IL
Duties and Responsibilities
- Process customer orders and support the team with accurate order entry
- Review order information for accuracy and completeness, enter orders, and upload documentation
- Update lists, spreadsheets, and customer account information as needed
- Work closely with internal teams and assist with special projects
- Identify, research, and resolve any errors, omissions, and discrepancies
- Maintain organized manual and electronic file systems
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements and Qualifications
- Must speak, read and write English
- Must be extremely detail oriented in order to update reports on a daily basis
- Must be able to read inventory and check stock reports to answer multiple emails in a timely manner
- Great problem solving skills as order requirements may change multiple times in a day
- Communicate effectively with warehouse, art and production departments
