In this role, you will serve as a strategic consultant to our leadership team, ensuring that our organizational culture thrives while providing support to managers throughout the various phases of the employee journey. Key facts Location: Madrid Engagement: Full-time, on-site What you’ll do Act as the main liaison between the People department and various business units, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration. Provide expert advice to managers on various aspects of human resources, including recruitment, onboarding processes, performance evaluations, career development, and offboarding procedures. Convert business objectives into practical People operations initiatives and global development strategies that align with our goals. Analyze data to uncover trends and implement programs aimed at enhancing employee satisfaction and engagement. Foster a high-performance culture by promoting company values and ensuring an inclusive work environment. Work closely with the Rewards team to develop and review compensation structures and salary adjustments. Offer guidance on labor relations matters and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations. Support managers in resolving employee relations issues and facilitate conflict resolution when necessary. Design and implement training programs that enhance employee skills and contribute to their professional growth. Monitor and report on key HR metrics to track the effectiveness of initiatives and make informed decisions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive organizational change and improve overall business performance. Stay updated on HR best practices and industry trends to continuously enhance our People strategies. Requirements A Bachelor's degree or a Master's degree in Human Resources or a related discipline is required. At least 3 years of experience in a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) or HR Generalist position is essential. Exceptional communication, listening, and leadership capabilities are necessary for this role. Proven ability to coach and influence employees at all levels within the organization. Must demonstrate adaptability and thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving work environment. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically about HR issues. Nice to have Experience in high-growth organizations is a plus, as it provides valuable insights into scaling HR practices. Familiarity with HR technology and systems that enhance operational efficiency. Previous involvement in change management initiatives would be advantageous. Skills & tools Proficiency in data analysis to inform HR-related decision-making processes. Experience with performance management systems to assess employee performance effectively. Knowledge of compensation and benefits administration to ensure competitive offerings. Understanding of employee relations and compliance with labor laws to mitigate risks. Familiarity with HR software and tools that streamline HR functions and reporting. Practical notes This position is based on-site in Madrid, requiring physical presence at the office.
