We are searching for a Part Time Detailer, responsible for cleaning our motorcoaches for our office in Little Rock, AR! Are you AMBITIOUS, TENACIOUS, SELFLESS, METICULOUS, DEPENDABLE? Position Summary: This position is Part Time, about 20-25 hours per week, working Monday - Wednesday 7am-4pm . Starting at $17 /hr based on experience . Detailer Duties/Responsibilities:
- Washing and cleaning motor coaches.
- Janitorial duties include cleaning restrooms, office areas and the shop.
- Landscaping and upkeep of the outside of the building.
- Proven experience as custodian, janitor or in a similar role.
- Familiarity with basic landscaping and handyman practices.
- Attention to detail and conscientiousness.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, stoop, bend and sit. Working outside in hot or cold temperatures.
- The employee must regularly lift and move up to 50 pounds.
