What You Will Do Advise clients on mortgage programs that align with their financial goals. Take complete applications, explain loan terms clearly, and guide borrowers through the process with confidence. Meet and exceed sales goals with the tools and resources provided. Represent Simplend Mortgage with professionalism and client‑first service. What You Bring An active NMLS license, or eligibility to be licensed without retaking SAFE. At least one year of mortgage origination or sales experience. Strong communication skills, professionalism, and focus on client service. A growth oriented mindset and drive to succeed. Compensation and Benefits Target earnings of $100,000 to $200,000 or more, based on salary plus commissions and bonuses. Semi‑monthly commission payouts. W-2 employment with full compliance support.
