Manpower is partnering with a leading client in Columbia, MO to hire Production Assemblers and Machine Operators for newly created roles. If you’re reliable, detail-oriented, and ready to grow with a company that rewards your hard work, we want to hear from you.
Available Shifts & Pay:- 1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- $18.49 - 20.06/hour
- Overtime: Potential for additional hours
- Pay Increases: Scheduled bump every 6 months for the first 2 years
- Load raw materials or parts into production machines
- Remove finished products from machines
- Package and label completed items
- Perform large-scale assembly tasks
- Accurately record production results on required forms
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable standing for the entire shift
- Ability to accurately read a tape measure
- Basic math skills
- Ability to interpret product drawings and specifications
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Weekly pay
