Site Contracts Negotiator II

ICON seeks a Site Contracts Negotiator II to independently manage clinical trial agreements and budgets with investigator sites. The role involves negotiating contracts within defined parameters, collaborating with legal and finance teams, and supporting study start-up processes across multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate site contracts and budgets with investigator sites within established parameters and playbooks
• Review and adapt contract language to meet sponsor requirements, local regulations, and site needs
• Manage a portfolio of contracts, monitor cycle times, and resolve execution barriers
• Collaborate with legal, finance, and project teams to address contractual questions and ensure alignment
• Maintain accurate records of negotiations, approvals, and executed agreements in relevant systems

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in law, business, life sciences, or equivalent professional experience
• Prior experience in site contracting, contracts administration, or related CRO/pharma roles
• Knowledge of clinical trial agreements and budget negotiation principles
• Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational abilities
• Capability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously with attention to detail
• Proactive, solution-oriented approach with collaborative stakeholder engagement
