Practice President Onsite Radiologist

Radiology Partners is seeking an experienced and collaborative radiologist to serve as Practice President for their established and growing practice in the Milwaukee market. This exceptional opportunity combines clinical practice with dedicated leadership time, allowing a physician leader to drive strategy, build strong hospital partnerships, and mentor colleagues. The role offers a balanced blend of responsibilities within one of the nations largest physician-led radiology organizations.

Practice Info

• Established, high-performing practice serving hospitals and imaging centers throughout southeastern Wisconsin
• Provides coverage for 9 hospitals, including a Level III Trauma Center, and 5 outpatient imaging centers
• Diverse case mix spanning routine and complex imaging with a strong oncology presence and growing service lines
• Collaborative team environment with advanced technology and operational support

Responsibilities

• Partnering with hospital executives and physician leaders on strategic initiatives
• Participating in multidisciplinary meetings and service line development
• Leading quality and peer review programs
• Supporting physician engagement and practice culture
• Collaborating with operations leadership to optimize practice performance
• Helping guide the future growth and success of the practice

Compensation

• Starting base salary for this position is $550,000
• Eligible for an annual discretionary bonus

Shift & Schedule

• Day/1st Shift
• Full-time (30+ hrs/week)
• Monday-Friday Schedule (8A-5P CT)
• Dedicated administrative leadership time
• Onsite leadership presence
• Balanced clinical and administrative responsibilities

Requirements

• Open to all radiology subspecialties
• Leadership experience preferred
• Board Certified by the American Board of Radiology or the American Osteopathic Board of Radiology
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in Wisconsin
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
