Job Summary Join the Investment Banking Division, as an Analyst in the Corporate Advisory team, where you will be a key player in the execution of the firm's business. Morgan product and coverage teamsBuilding and using complex financial models, completing analytical exercises, working with large data sets Supporting senior bankers in developing structured solutions for complex transactions Developing a subject matter expertise in corporate finance and structuring areas including capital structure, capital allocation, separations/spin-offs Drafting management presentations, Board materials, and other materials for use in M&A and capital markets transactions or strategic client dialogue Keeping abreast of key market developments and establishing knowledge of the target client base and relevant market dynamics Creating thematic client content on key issues and market developments, both corporate-finance related and beyond (e.g. sustainability, geopolitics, policy/regulation), to inform strategic alternativesRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills Bachelor’s degreePrior work experience in an investment banking front office, or related, role Strong accounting, finance, quantitative, corporate finance and business writing skills Impeccable communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with senior professionals, clients and key stakeholders in other line of business Self-directed, highly motivated, and able to work independently Problem solver with the desire to create new solutions and productsUnderstanding of the transaction cycle and the steps in the process and is execution orientedKnowledge of how sustainability, geopolitics and policy/regulation can impact capital markets considerations (both value creation and risk mitigation) is a plusFluency in Spanish or Portuguese is a plus JPMorganChase, one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world’s most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
