As a Flower Merchandiser, you will have a direct impact on every store you visit, ensuring that our flowers are perfectly displayed to delight every shopper. Please watch the video about our merchandiser activities and responsibilities at What We Offer Pay: $40.00 per service Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday from 7:00am to 8:30am Paid training to become an expert in flower handling. Your Responsibilities Ensure flower displays are immaculate and attractive. Restock, organize, and monitor flower inventory. Use your mobile device to communicate with your supervisor and report activities. Interact professionally and friendly with employees, managers, and customers. Support during festive seasons (Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Christmas) by ensuring each store is prepared for the demand. Participate in setting up new displays and inventory adjustments when necessary. While working independently, support teammates with special activities when needed. Physical Requirements Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 40 pounds frequently. Ability to bend, stretch, and lift products above your shoulders. Walk and stand for most of the shift. Basic Requirements Must be at least 18 years old. Ability to read, write, and understand instructions in English. Reliable transportation to reach assigned locations.
