Senior Manager of US Healthcare Regional Compliance

Edwards Lifesciences Corp.

Edwards Lifesciences seeks a Senior Manager of US Healthcare Regional Compliance to serve as a trusted advisor within its Ethics & Compliance program. The role focuses on guiding US business activities involving healthcare professionals and organizations while promoting integrity and ensuring regulatory adherence.

Responsibilities

Provide compliance counsel on US business initiatives and drive integrity culture across the organization
Review and approve US healthcare professional and organization activities for regulatory and policy alignment
Develop, update, and implement compliance policies, guidance documents, and training materials
Conduct live compliance training sessions and answer compliance questions for various audiences
Support risk assessments, investigations, and monitoring activities; track corrective action completion

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in related field with 10+ years healthcare compliance, legal, audit, or finance experience
Master's degree in related field with 8+ years relevant healthcare compliance or finance experience
Expertise in AdvaMed Code and/or PhRMA Code requirements
Experience with US healthcare compliance in medical device, pharmaceutical, or biotech companies
Knowledge of anti-kickback statutes, False Claims Act, Sunshine Reporting, and FCPA regulations
Demonstrated project management and training delivery capabilities
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and compliance systems
