Streamline office systems and improve workflow efficiency. Lead, coach, and support team members to achieve performance goals. Ensure an exceptional patient experience from check-in to follow‑up. Monitor office metrics, scheduling productivity, and financial performance. Maintain compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and practice standards. Foster a welcoming, positive, and team‑driven environment. Qualifications: 5+ years of dental office management experience preferred. Proven ability to lead and develop teams. Strong communication and organizational skills.
