Hello! I am an Headhunter/Recruiter who is working fopr a privately owned company in Edina, Minnesota who is looking to bring on a Manufacturing Engineering Technician.

**Position Summary

Key Responsibilities

**Process Optimization: Assist engineers in testing and implementing new production methods, tools, and equipment layouts to maximize efficiency.

Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues with production machinery, quickly implementing corrective actions to minimize equipment downtime.

Quality Control: Conduct tests, collect data, and inspect subassemblies to ensure all products conform to design specifications and quality standards.

Documentation: Prepare and maintain accurate technical documentation, including work instructions, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and maintenance logs.

Continuous Improvement: Apply Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles to reduce waste and improve workplace ergonomics and safety.
