We are seeking a caring, dependable, and enthusiastic Teacher's Assistant to support our early childhood education program. This role is a perfect fit for a college student pursuing a degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) who wants hands-on classroom experience, flexible hours, and the chance to make a real impact on young learners.
Schedule: Monday–Friday (Flexible Shifts: 8:30 AM–12:30 PM OR 3:00 PM–6:00 PM) Compensation: Competitive hourly pay based on qualifications and experience.
What You Will Do:
- Support the Lead Teacher: Assist in bringing engaging, developmentally appropriate activities to life.
- Shape Young Minds: Support children's cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development in a safe, nurturing environment.
- Supervise & Guide: Monitor children during instruction, outdoor play, meals, and transitions while encouraging positive behavior.
- Classroom Prep: Help prepare learning centers, educational materials, and maintain a clean, organized space.
- Collaborate: Work professionally with teachers, staff, and families to ensure every child thrives.
What We Are Looking For:
- Bilingual Requirement: Must be fully fluent in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written). Only bilingual candidates will be considered.
- Passion for ECE: A genuine love for working with preschool-aged children.
- Professionalism: Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player.
- Education (Preferred): Formal training, previous daycare/preschool experience, or current enrollment in an Early Childhood Education program is highly preferred.
