Clearwater Express Wash, a leader in the express car wash industry, is seeking a skilled and detail‑oriented Maintenance Technician in the Houston region (Burleson, TX). This hourly position offers a salary range of $18.00 to $23.00 per hour. Responsibilities Equipment Maintenance Perform routine maintenance on car wash equipment to ensure proper functionality. Diagnose and troubleshoot issues, making timely repairs to minimize downtime. Facility Maintenance Conduct regular inspections of the facility, addressing any maintenance needs. Coordinate with external vendors for specialized repairs or services. Preventive Maintenance Develop and follow preventive maintenance schedules for equipment and facilities. Ensure that all maintenance activities adhere to safety and regulatory standards. Documentation Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections. Provide regular reports on equipment and facility status. Qualifications Strong technical skills and knowledge of maintenance principles. Ability to work independently and efficiently.
