Concierge Lounge Attendant

Create memorable guest experiences by providing exceptional hospitality within the Concierge Lounge. This role is responsible for maintaining a welcoming, clean, and well-stocked lounge environment while assisting guests with local recommendations, hotel information, and general guest needs.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Create exceptional guest experiences through friendly, professional, and attentive service.
• Welcome guests and maintain a warm, inviting atmosphere within the Concierge Lounge.
• Serve as a knowledgeable resource regarding hotel amenities, services, local attractions, restaurants, entertainment, and events throughout Omaha.
• Stay informed about local happenings, seasonal activities, and points of interest to provide meaningful recommendations to guests.
• Set up, stock, monitor, and replenish all complimentary food and beverage offerings throughout the breakfast service period.
• Ensure buffet items remain fresh, organized, properly presented, and readily available for guests.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of all lounge areas, including tables, seating areas, buffet stations, beverage stations, and service areas.
• Clear and sanitize tables promptly to maintain a clean and comfortable guest environment.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs as necessary.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond to requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Perform opening and closing duties to ensure the lounge is prepared for daily operation.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation standards.
• Maintain Marriott service standards and a professional appearance at all times.

Schedule Requirements:

Hours: 5:00 AM - 10:00 AM

Days: Monday through Friday

Scheduling: Days worked may be flexible and negotiated based on business needs and applicant availability. The scheduled shift hours of 5:00 AM to 10:00 AM are required and not negotiable.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous hospitality, hotel, customer service, or food service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Ability to maintain a clean and organized environment.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift to 25 pounds.
• Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for hospitality.
