Our Barrington, IL center is always growing and consistently hiring additional part-time staff to help students improve their academic skills.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver instruction of pre-planned lessons using our curriculum in groups ranging in size from 1 to 4 students. 
• Communicate student progress clearly with colleagues
• Provide administrative leaders with timely communication of any concerns related to student progress
• Establishing a developmentally appropriate, positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment that is conducive to learning.
• Advancing positive interpersonal relationships with coworkers and students.
• Communicating effectively with students.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Valid state licensure.
• Proficient knowledge of teaching strategies and methods
• Excellent people skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Outstanding organizational skills.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Availability to work extended hours on occasions.
