Senior AccountantA full-service real estate organization is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to oversee accounting functions across multiple business divisions. This is a full-time role reporting directly to executive leadership, ideal for a candidate with a strong accounting foundation and a passion for real estate operations, development, and property management.What You'll DoManage monthly and year-end reconciliations for assigned propertiesOversee balance sheet account reconciliations and transaction troubleshootingProcess agent commissions and assist with insurance claim reviewsAnalyze financials related to profitability, capital expenditures, and budget performanceAssist with the annual budgeting processCollaborate with the CFO and Accounting Manager on ad hoc projectsWhy You MatterYour expertise ensures the financial health and transparency of a growing and diversified real estate portfolio. You'll help guide key business decisions through accurate reporting and thoughtful financial analysis.What It TakesBachelor's degree in AccountingMinimum of 2+ years of accounting experienceStrong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); experience with Lone Wolf or Yardi is a plusReal estate industry experience strongly preferredThe Perks!Paid time offHealth and dental insurance401K with company matchOpportunities to work across multiple real estate verticalsStable, full-time position in a respected and established firm
