Senior Marketing Coordinator

Coordinate the production of multiple RFPs/Proposals while working under firm deadlines with the Regional/State Marketing Lead Manage multiple projects and deadlines proactively and successfully Write content and marketing collateral for internal and external projects Create PowerPoint presentations and graphics for pursuits and client presentations Coach technical staff on communication, writing, and presentation best practices Assist in gathering information from subconsultants and perform subconsultant coordination duties Ensure timely production and quality of marketing communications Maintain strong working relationships with staff and clients Maintain firm information, resumes, project information/descriptions, RFQs, and related materials in the CRM Requirements Minimum of 8+ years of experience in Marketing within the A/E/C industry Bachelor’s Degree or related degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, Graphic Design, or English preferred Strong verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational, writing, editing, and proofreading skills Detail-oriented, organized, collaborative, and flexible Proficiency in Adobe InDesign required Preferred experience with Illustrator and Photoshop Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint Ability to work and manage projects independently and collaboratively with diverse teams, marketing department, technical managers, and project staff Excellent time management skills Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple assignments concurrently Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in managing marketing communications and proposals within the A/E/C industry, with strong proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office Suite.
