Machine Operators – Immediate Openings | Oxford, CT

Ready for a steady job with strong pay and real long-term potential? We’re hiring Machine Operators to join a respected manufacturer in Oxford, CT. This is a hands-on role with a clear path to permanent hire.

Pay & Schedule

• $17.44–$20.44/hour, based on shift

• Shift differentials for 2nd and 3rd shifts

• Weekly pay + benefits through Adecco

Shifts Available

• 1st: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

• 2nd: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM

• 3rd: 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM

What You’ll Do

• Operate and monitor injection molding machines

• Inspect parts to ensure quality standards are met

• Perform light assembly, trimming, and finishing work

• Track production and maintain a clean, safe workspace

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Manufacturing experience preferred (molding a plus)

• Strong attention to detail and reliability

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Pay Details: $17.44 to $20.44 per hour
