Pay: $120,000 - $230,000 per year (Based on Experience)

Join our dynamic team as an experienced senior attorney and dive into a wide range of family law cases, from high-stakes divorces to child custody battles, support issues, and complex property divisions. Responsibilities:

• Manage a diverse caseload of family law matters including divorce, child custody, property division, and more.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses, and other legal documents.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support client cases.
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and courts in a professional and effective manner.
• Attend court hearings and trials as necessary.

Requirements:

• JD from an accredited law school and licensed to practice in California.
• 3-20 years of experience practicing family law.
• Excellent legal writing, research, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage a diverse caseload and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience:

• Legal case management: 3 years (Required)
• Family law: 3 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• CA Bar License (Required)
