Community Outreach & Training Lead - Suicide Prevention Certified

Horizon Corporations

Horizon is seeking a Community Outreach and Training Specialist to build relationships with community organizations and schools across the Western New York region. You will facilitate evidence-based suicide prevention and mental health trainings, schedule sessions, collect documentation, and report on outcomes. The role includes representing the program at events, supporting partnerships, and driving community engagement while ensuring inquiries and resources are addressed.
