Key Qualifications:

• Active RBT certification required
• Minimum of one year working professionally with school-aged children with behavioral needs
• Preferably two or more years of experience in a school-based setting
• Willingness to assist with toileting support as needed
• Passion for helping students build positive behaviors and reach their goals

Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Support classroom teachers and staff in maintaining a positive environment
• Collect and document behavioral data daily
• Offer direct, compassionate support to students throughout the school day
• Engage actively with K–12 age groups and adapt to their diverse behavioral support needs
• Communicate progress and observations to a multidisciplinary team
