As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic technology, media, telecommunications and logistics location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients at technology, media, telecommunications, logistics, and distribution locations by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facilities, loading areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and help to deter unauthorized access.
• Monitor access points, verify visitor, contractor, and delivery credentials, and document arrivals, departures, and site-related activity according to established procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and complete required incident reports.
• Maintain a professional presence while observing and reporting hazards, damaged property, policy violations, and suspicious activity to site management and/or Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
