General Production Worker

Job Summary

We are seeking a General Production Worker to assemble, inspect, and package metal, plastic, and cabling components used in conveyor systems. This role involves working with hand and power tools, following blueprints and work instructions, and ensuring quality standards are met in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and package parts according to specifications.
• Use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Read blueprints, production prints, and work instructions.
• Perform basic quality inspections and measurements.
• Maintain production goals and follow safety guidelines.
• Assist with electrical assembly, wiring, testing, and troubleshooting as needed.

Qualifications

• Mechanical assembly or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to use hand and power tools.
• Comfortable reading blueprints and using measuring tools.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Electrical assembly or wiring experience is a plus.

Work Environment Manufacturing facility with approximately 100 employees. Standard PPE includes steel-toed boots.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Cannon Falls, MN.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
