Human Resources DirectorWISH-TV (CW) / WRTV (ABC) / WNDY parent company Circle City Broadcasting, located in Indianapolis, IN has an immediate opening for an in-person on-site (no remote work) experienced HR Director. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of a proven track record as an HR Director.Key duties:Serve as HR contact for all onsite and remote employeesWork directly with CFO on monthly financials and HR mattersProcess bi-monthly payroll using PaycomProcess all new hire and current employee benefit additions and changesAssist with hiring/interview processComplete all onboarding tasks for new hiresRun/update daily and monthly reportsProcess all incoming invoices for paymentReview and process employee reimbursementsWork closely with Sales department on aging invoices and collectionsRequired Qualifications:Excellent communication skillsAccounts Payable & Accounts Receivable experienceExperience with Payroll processing systems, such as PaycomGood people, listening and leadership skillsHonest and trustworthyAbility to maintain confidentialityMicrosoft Office experienceEducation & Experience:Minimum of 7 years' experience as a HR DirectorHR degree and HR Certifications are a plusCircle City Broadcasting is an Equal Opportunity Employer
