Pediatrix Medical Group is seeking an experienced, certified Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) to join our well-established neonatology team at HCA Florida Gulf Coast Hospital in beautiful Panama City, Florida a coastal community known for its turquoise waters, relaxed lifestyle, and family-friendly environment.

Position Highlights

• Level III NICU (28 beds) with an average daily census of 19 and ~2,700 deliveries per year.
• In-house NNP model providing 24/7 coverage with strong physician support.
• 24 hour in house shifts
• Shared responsibilities including rounding, acute NICU care, delivery attendance, and procedures based on experience.
• Collaborative, team-oriented environment with neonatologists who value NNP autonomy and clinical judgment.
• Full subspecialty support plus a dedicated neonatal transport team.

Qualifications

• Current APRN national specialty certification
• Minimum of a master's degree
• Active FL license required
