Marketing Manager

US-based Marketing Manager responsible for local lead generation, customer retention and brand building for robotics & industrial automation. You will plan and execute full-cycle local marketing campaigns under budget control, help sales team to drive sales growth via awareness catching and leads generating, and elevate regional brand influence. Key Responsibilities Design and execute US local marketing campaigns aligned with sales targets, to generate qualified leads and improve customer brand stickiness. Manage and optimize marketing budget, and balance lead growth and brand exposure. Run full-stack marketing operations: offline events& partner co-marketing, online ads, social media (if needed) and content promotion. Create localized marketing copies, decks and promotional materials; control brand visual quality and communication tone. Iterate local marketing strategies to continuously improve market penetration and brand influence. Requirements 3–6 years US B to B marketing experience in industrial automation/ robotics with proven lead generation and sales-supporting results. Hands‑on experience in campaign planning, budget management and ROI optimization. Familiar with US local industrial channels, online ads and brand promotion tactics. Strong copy writing, content creation and aesthetic judgment; able to maintain consistent brand quality. Independent execution ability for end‑to‑end local marketing projects. #J-18808-Ljbffr
