Marketing & Brand Manager Location: Lombard, IL Compensation: $70,000–$85,000 Schedule: Full-Time | On-Site Help Build the TORQ Brand TORQ Coatings is one of the fastest-growing concrete coating companies in the Midwest, and we're looking for a creative, hands-on Marketing & Brand Manager to help grow our brand as we continue expanding into new markets. This is not a traditional marketing role. We're looking for someone who enjoys creating content, telling stories, and building a brand. You'll work closely with our Digital Marketing Manager and leadership team to develop campaigns, capture engaging content, support recruiting initiatives, and strengthen TORQ's presence across every marketing channel. Portfolio Requested: Candidates should be prepared to share examples of previous marketing, social media, photography, videography, or creative work as part of the interview process. What You'll Do Develop and execute TORQ's content and social media strategy. Create photo and video content at job sites, company events, and the office. Manage our presence across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Build and maintain an organic content calendar. Create customer testimonials, employee spotlights, educational content, and behind-the-scenes videos. Support recruiting through employer branding and hiring campaigns. Assist with trade shows, community events, and sponsorships. Collaborate with leadership to execute marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness and business growth. What We’re Looking For Required Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience) 3–5 years of marketing experience Experience managing social media and digital marketing campaigns Strong photography, videography, and content creation skills Excellent writing, communication, and project management skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing company Preferred Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, HubSpot, or similar marketing tools Experience in home services, construction, consumer brands, or agency marketing Benefits PTO Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance Benefits effective the first day of the month following your hire date 401(k) Company-paid Life Insurance Paid Training Career Growth Opportunities Why TORQ?
