Pay & Benefits

What You'll Do

• Manage outpatient patients with solid tumors and hematologic malignancies
• Coordinate care with hematologists and oncologists, infusion teams, and support staff
• Support patient education and support services
• Document care using Epic EMR system
• Support high-acuity treatments in outpatient infusion settings
• Assist with care planning, follow-ups, and treatment administration
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to improve patient outcomes

What You Need

• Active Minnesota license
• Board-certified PA or Advanced Practice Provider (APP)
• Experience in outpatient hematology/oncology preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
