Food Service Responsibilities Prepare & Serve with Care - Deliver quality with every meal—combining speed, accuracy, and attention to detail. What We Are Looking For 1–2 years of customer service or retail experience Strong communication and teamwork skills A positive, proactive attitude Ability to stay calm and focused in a fast-paced environment Must be 18+ Weekend & holiday availability What You Get Competitive Pay Customer Care Associates $15/hour (full-time & part-time) +$1.50 overnight shift differential Assistant Managers (range 50k – 65k per year) Store Managers (range 70k – 85k per year) Generous Benefits Package: Full-time employees receive paid time off (40 hours in their first year), increasing with tenure.
