JOB PROFILE SUMMARY

Analyzes marketing and promotional needs and designs and implements marketing communications strategies that support organizational objectives.

Job Duties:

Drafts marketing communications, including promotional publications, presentations, advertisements, or brochures.
Reviews and edits messages to ensure that they are clear, thorough, on-brand, and seek to preserve the company's image.
Suggests ways of tailoring messages and delivery channels based on the targeted audience.
Collects data on the performance of specific communications or campaigns.

Experience and Education:

Performs work under minimal supervision.
Handles complex issues and problems and refers only the most complex issues to higher-level staff.
Possesses comprehensive knowledge of subject matter.
Provides leadership, coaching, and/or mentoring to a subordinate group.
May act as a lead or first-level supervisor.

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a specialist, SR. Program Manager , to develop and execute marketing communication strategies that align with organizational objectives. This role involves drafting compelling content, refining messaging, and analyzing campaign performance.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Design and implement marketing communication strategies to support company goals.
Create and edit promotional materials such as publications, presentations, and advertisements.
Ensure messaging is clear, cohesive, and consistent with the company's brand identity.
Customize communication approaches based on target audience insights.
Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, collecting relevant data for performance evaluation.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
4 to 6 years of experience in marketing communications or a similar role.
Strong leadership abilities with experience in mentoring or supervising others.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to influence and persuade effectively.
Creative thinker with the capacity to innovate in marketing strategies.
Proficiency in analyzing data to optimize campaign performance.
