Signature HealthCARE seeks a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to provide resident-centered care in our long-term care and post-acute rehabilitation community. The LPN will deliver bedside nursing, administer medications and treatments, monitor resident conditions, and support individualized care plans in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team.
