Duties and Responsibilities Deep cleans all kitchen ovens, sinks, freezers, coolers, griddles and other dirty restaurant equipment. Prepares all food and beverage areas. Cleans walls, floors and ceilings. Cleans and organizes all storage areas including the main freezer, cooler and dry storage. Assists in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness in all food and beverage areas. Follows all safety guidelines and organizational policies. Knowledgeable of the MSDS book. May assist with receiving orders. Ensures that all trash cans are changed on a regular basis. All other duties as needed. Job Requirements: (please ensure you meet the listed requirements prior to applying) High School diploma or GED required or currently enrolled and successfully complete a GED program within 6 months from start date as a condition of continued employment Strong Food and Beverage product knowledge. Strong time management and organizational skills. Must work with chemicals. Ability to lift up to 50lbs. Ability to stand for 8 hours.
