Job Title: Benefits Analyst

Location: Latrobe, PA

Salary: $55k-70k

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Benefits Analyst to join our team. As a Benefits Analyst, you will be responsible for managing employee benefits programs and ensuring compliance with employment labor laws. You will play a crucial role in providing support to our employees and assisting with various HR functions. Responsibilities
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies
- Ensure accurate and timely enrollment of employees in benefit plans
- Serve as the main point of contact for employees regarding benefits-related inquiries
- Conduct research and analysis on benefit programs and make recommendations for improvements
- Collaborate with HR team to develop and implement employee wellness initiatives
- Assist with the coordination of open enrollment processes
- Maintain employee records related to benefits and ensure data accuracy
- Stay up-to-date on changes in employment labor laws and regulations related to benefits

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Proven experience as a Benefits Analyst or similar role
- Strong knowledge of employee benefits programs and employment labor laws
- Proficient in HRIS systems such as Paylocity, PeopleSoft, or SAP
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to collect and analyze data effectively
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Familiarity with FMLA regulations is a plus
