Senior Project Manager Location: Cranston, RI (Hybrid 3 Days Onsite / 2 Days Remote) Duration: 2+ Year Contract (Potential Extension Up to 5 Years) Interview: Video Interview and final onsite Industry: Government / Public Health / Healthcare Program Focus: Rural Health Transformation | Healthcare Accessibility | Disability Services | Health Policy | Public Health | Cross-Agency Program Management | Community Health Client Note Local Rhode Island candidates only LinkedIn with location Strong Healthcare, Public Health, or Government Program Management experience required Experience managing statewide transformation initiatives highly preferred Master's Degree preferred ADA, Olmstead, Disability Services, and Healthcare Accessibility experience is a major plus About the Role Seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead strategic initiatives supporting the Rhode Island Rural Health Transformation Program (RHTP) and statewide healthcare accessibility initiatives. This role will oversee complex cross-agency programs focused on improving healthcare access for individuals with disabilities through policy implementation, stakeholder collaboration, program governance, and operational execution. The successful candidate will serve as a senior leader responsible for translating strategic policy objectives into actionable implementation plans while coordinating multiple agencies, healthcare providers, community organizations, advocacy groups, and executive stakeholders. Required Senior Project Management experience leading complex enterprise initiatives Healthcare, Public Health, or Human Services program management Cross-Agency and Cross-Functional Leadership Strategic Planning and Program Implementation Stakeholder Engagement and Executive Communication Vendor, Contract, and Procurement Management Budget Management and Financial Oversight Agile Project Management and Facilitation Policy Implementation and Program Administration Data Analysis, Reporting, and Performance Measurement Risk Management and Issue Resolution Excellent presentation, public speaking, and written communication skills Skills Rural Health Transformation Program experience Healthcare Accessibility initiatives ADA and Olmstead implementation experience Disability Services and Disability Policy experience Public Health Policy experience Healthcare Finance and Healthcare Delivery knowledge Community-Based Healthcare initiatives Master's Degree in Public Health, Healthcare Administration, Health Policy, Public Policy, Human Services, Social Work, Law, or related field #J-18808-Ljbffr
