Description:
The position involves hospital coverage consults.
The role includes outpatient and inpatient catheterizations, transesophageal echocardiograms (TEEs), and echocardiogram reads.
The schedule is Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
The physician will be on call from 4:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
Weekend call includes a 12-hour shift on Saturdays and Sundays.
Average patient consults are 15 per day.
The physician is expected to perform an average of three procedures daily.
The team utilizes an electronic medical record system.
Special procedures include TEEs, echo reads, catheterizations, and cardiac windows.

Total hospital bed size is 74.
