Personal Lines Account Manager
Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join a growing team. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, professional, yet fun environment where you can make a meaningful impact. You will be responsible for servicing personal lines accounts, managing renewals, and providing exceptional customer service. Compensation Package

Salary Range : $50,000 - $60,000 annually

Responsibilities

Provide full-service account management for personal lines accounts, including standard policies.
Handle renewals and service accounts from A to Z.
Quote new and renewal business as needed.
Deliver exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.
Collaborate with team members and leadership to achieve departmental goals.
Participate in community engagement initiatives as part of our company culture.

Qualifications/Requirements

Licenses/Designations : Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
Experience : Minimum of 2 years in a similar role, with a strong preference for candidates who can quickly adapt to our systems and processes.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
A proactive and customer-focused mindset.
